Combining the ultrasonic double-feed detection capability, the AD5800 delivers exceptional feeding reliability to maximize your scanning productivity in a small unit.
Long Document Scanning
The AD5800 provides you with a convenient feature to scan a long-page document up to 240″(609.6 cm). This is a cost and time-saving solution for insurance companies and healthcare institutions that need to digitize insurance bills and patients’ records.
A LED Display
The AD5800 is easy to use through the clear 1.77″LCD display. By selecting your destination and pressing the “Scan” button, the scan can be done and the scanned image can be sent to your specified destination application, such as e-mail, printer, or your favorite image-editing software application. Up to nine frequently used scan settings destinations can be preset for different scanning needs.
Two Reading Heads Save Twice Working Time
Featuring two reading heads, the product is able to achieve two-sided (front and rear side) scanning in one scan, meaning the page does not need to pass through the feeder twice to save your working time..
Scan to Clouds via Button Manager V2
With the bundled software – Button Manager V2, you can scan and send the images to popular cloud servers, including Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox, and SharePoint, to share your documents fast and easily.
Complete bundled software applications
The AD5800 comes with TWAIN and ISIS drivers, and is bundled with a suite of powerful software applications that include Avision Button Manager V2, AvScan, and PaperPort. With Button Manager V2, you can scan to a searchable PDF, JPEG, BMP, or GIF file format, save to a folder on your computer, and scan to e-mail, an image editing application, or a cloud application such as Google Docs or Microsoft SharePoint with a press of a button. The AVScan and PaperPort are highly effective image processing and document management software that help you streamline your tasks more efficiently.
