Kyocera has the reputation. So I investigated models and made my choice. I have not had it long but I am very happy with the print quality. Further it does everything I want. Duplex; network; AirPrint; scan to directory, all were standard features. It did take me some time setting up the network, and scan to directory etc. Honestly I wish the instructions were clearer. To say I am happy with my printer is an understatement. I am thrilled. Never in my life have I had an order arrive so fast at my door after placing an order online. It was delivered in 4 hours. Price was great (most competitive we could find), delivery was super fast and setting up was painless and trouble free. The printer is very simple to use and works well on all the machines on our heterogeneous network (Linux, Windows and Mac). The best part about it is that it simply does what it is supposed to, over and over again with no fuss, no problems. Print quality is superb. I can't fault it. Would we buy another one? Device worked perfectly. I registered the device and had problems with some of the software. Xerox was quick to respond to my problems and gave me detailed instructions to fix it. They also followed up a week later to make sure I was satisfied. Great quality printer and excellent service from printer supermarket. - Heath
